A calorie goal based on what you actually burn
Formulas can only estimate how many calories you need. If you turn it on, Nomeva compares what you ate over the last four weeks with your weight trend and works out your actual expenditure.
Your calorie goal is adjusted to it every day. Single swings on the scale barely matter, because Nomeva evaluates the trend across all weigh-ins.

Is Nomeva a subscription?
No. After 14 free days you buy Nomeva once. There are no further costs and nothing renews.
Do I need an account?
No. Nomeva works without signing up. Your data is stored on your iPhone and, if you like, in your iCloud.
How does the adaptive calorie goal work?
Nomeva compares the calories you logged over the last four weeks with your weight trend. That gives your actual expenditure. It needs at least 14 fully logged days and 3 weigh-ins across two weeks. Until then, the calculated starting goal applies.
Can my family use Nomeva?
Yes. The purchase covers up to six people through Family Sharing. Everyone keeps their own diary, and you can share foods and recipes through iCloud.
What happens when I get a new iPhone?
The iCloud backup restores your data on the new device. You can also export a backup file at any time.
Is Nomeva available for Android?
No. Nomeva is available for iPhone and Apple Watch.
